This weeks adventure takes me to Albion Basin, located at the top of Little Cottonwood Canyon just above Alta Ski Resort and Snowbird in Utah, every Summer after most of the snow melts it turns into the most magical wildflower displays! More information HERE.
“Wildflowers can’t be controlled, and neither can the girl with a soul boundless as the sky, and a spirit as free and wild as the ocean.” – Melody Lee, Moon Gypsy
Wildflowers have always been my favorite, the shades, the shapes the way they grow….taking over fields in a beautiful array of color.
We also hiked up to Cecret Lake, it’s a 1.7 mile hike, pretty easy and totally worth it.
I think because I miss the ocean so much, I have tried to fill my days with other inspiring things, and even though nothing will ever replace the beach (at least for me) Utah has given me incredibly beautiful moments this Summer.
I can’t wait for what Autumn is gonna bring! 😉
If you have the chance to visit Utah between July and August make sure you make a trip to Albion Basin for the wildflowers, you won’t regret it!
Happy Monday beautiful people, wishing you a week full of adventures.
